The Landmark 5k

The Landmark 5k is a running event scheduled for April 5, 2025, in Lincolnton, North Carolina. This race supports Lincoln Landmarks, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to historic preservation in the area. Proceeds will aid in the restoration of Pleasant Retreat Academy, the oldest brick building in Lincolnton, built in 1817.

Participants will run along the rail trail, starting from the Pendleton Law Firm parking lot and finishing at First Federal Park. Awards will be given for overall male and female winners, as well as for age group categories. All finishers will receive a medal, and early registrants are guaranteed a t-shirt.
