The Nun Run

THE NUN RUN, hosted by The Poor Clares in Tempe, Arizona, is the Poor Clares’ biggest annual fundraiser, now in its 17th year. The event offers three distances—10 km (two loops), 5 km (one loop), and a 1-mile loop—at Kiwanis Park North Soccer Field. The race uses RFID timing with bib chips, and awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers plus age-group awards.

The event fosters community spirit with a Nun Run booth, raffles, and a virtual option for supporters to participate by shirt. Donations are welcomed from those who cannot attend, with an online option. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
