The TarDevil 30 Mile Bushwhack is an annual 30-mile point-to-point training run between the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University. Held in Chapel Hill, NC, the route alternates direction each year, starting at UNC's Old Well in even years and Duke Chapel in odd years. This self-supported, unofficial "fun run fat-ass" features challenging terrain with significant risks, including potential injury or worse, though no fatalities have occurred.
