The Terri Roemer Paramus Run

The Terri Roemer Paramus Run is a community running event in Paramus, New Jersey. The 46th annual edition offers Marty Roemer Memorial 10K, Lou Lanzalotto Memorial 5K, The Valley Hospital 5K Health Walk, a 5K/10K option, a Kids One Mile Fun Run, and ACHILLES. The start/finish are at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Paramus near Paramus Park Shopping Center.

Courses are USA Track & Field sanctioned and certified, winding through tree-lined residential streets, with mile clocks, water stations, traffic control, and first-aid coverage. Perks include a long-sleeve shirt, post-race DJ, snacks, and a raffle. Proceeds benefit Paramus Scholarship Fund and Valley Hospital's Butterflies program for seriously ill children.
