The Wild Turkey is a trail race at Beals Point, Granite Bay, California, scheduled for Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2025. The event benefits Folsom's Hope. Packet pick up will be available on race morning at the start area. Parking at the venue is listed as $12 or free with a Poppy pass.

Course and logistics
The course runs on trails around Folsom Lake. Organizers note a course update because of levee construction: the 5 km remains the stroller-friendly option but now includes a stretch of doubletrack trail, which is slightly bumpier. Strollers are allowed on the 5 km. Leashed dogs are permitted.
There will be one aid station on course; 5 km participants pass it once and 10 km participants pass it twice. This is a cupless event, so participants must bring a cup or bottle for liquids. A post-race area will offer refreshments and music. Volunteers are requested for tasks including bib distribution, aid station support, course marking, hot chocolate, and sweep duties.
