The Titan Contracting Family Run for Prevention is a chipped and timed 5K family run and walk on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Babcock Ranch in Punta Gorda, Florida. The course is stroller and pet friendly. The largest team wins the JOSH TROPHY. Chipping and timing services are provided by Beach Bum Timing. Awards are given to first place male and female and to the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, and 71 and up.
Logistics and proceeds
Place: 42911 Lake Babcock Drive, Punta Gorda, FL 33982. Pre-race packet pickup is January 30, 2026, at Titan Contracting, 2558 Fourth Street, Fort Myers, FL; race day packet pickup is at Founder's Square, Babcock Ranch. T-shirts are provided for the first 300 registrants; team members receive a $5 discount and shirt sizes are not guaranteed. A separate T-shirt item is listed at $35 ($20 for ages 0-10). The event is held rain or shine with no refunds. All proceeds support Drug House Odyssey, Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) prevention clubs, and drug and alcohol abuse prevention in Lee County; Drug Free Lee is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
