About the race
Tough Turkey is a Thanksgiving morning running event in Griffin, Georgia, organized to support Impact Racing Ministries, a nonprofit serving children and families. The event offers a Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K, with start and finish at the Park at 6th Street (204 East Solomon Street). In its 13th year, the race features free parking, pre-race warm-ups, fuel stations along the course, and chocolate milk at the finish.
A new Half Marathon route is available. Packet pickup is at 210 East Solomon Street. All proceeds benefit Impact Racing Ministries and its programs that support local families. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
