Town and County Days 5K

The Epworth Town and County Days Road Race, held annually in Epworth, Iowa, offers two race distances: a 2-mile run and an 8K (5-mile) course. This event, hosted at the Epworth Library, welcomes runners and walkers of all ages, including those with strollers, while pets are asked to stay home. Presented in collaboration with the Tri-State Women Warriors, the race promotes empowerment, brain health, and resiliency.
