Trail Mix Off-Road Duathlon

The Trail Mix Off-Road Duathlon and Mountain Bike Race takes place at Atwood Park Trail System in Rockford, Illinois. This event features off-road courses with two distances for each discipline. The duathlon includes a 2-mile run, 10-mile bike, and another 2-mile run, available for individuals or two-person teams, plus a half duathlon with a 2-mile run and 5-mile bike.

The mountain bike race offers competitive 20-mile and sport 10-mile options. Both run and bike courses are on marked off-road trails, with professional chip timing. Participants receive custom medals, water bottles, meals from a food truck, and ice cream.
