Trizou for MS Triathlon

The Trizou for MS Triathlon, held at Stankowski Field on the University of Missouri campus in Columbia, MO, is a celebrated event returning in 2025. Known as the nation's largest pool triathlon, it features multiple race categories including Youth Super-Sprint (ages 10-15), Super-Sprint, Sprint, Elite Sprint, and a Sprint Relay, catering to all skill levels. The course includes a 200-400 meter swim, 5-10 mile bike ride on an improved route, and a 1.5-3.1 mile run.
