About the race
The Turkey Tumble for Autism is a running event held in Georgetown, near Washington, DC, featuring 5k, 10k, and half marathon distances. The courses run along the scenic Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path, a flat, light gravel trail with minimal elevation changes. The half marathon starts and finishes near the Potomac Boat Club in Georgetown, while the 5k and 10k begin and end at Fletcher’s Boathouse.
The event welcomes walkers and strollers and offers a virtual race option. Participants receive a finisher’s medal, technical shirt, and chip timing.
