Event overview
The Twisted Trail race takes place on Friday, November 28, 2025, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The course uses trails at Ken-O-Sha along Plaster Creek. The official race address and start/finish location is Calvary Baptist Church, 1200 28th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508. Packet pickup is at the same location on Friday morning.

The 5K is one lap of the loop, the 10K is two laps, and the 15K is three laps. All distances, including the mile, start together. Entry fees listed are $40 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, $50 for the 15K, and $0 for the Free 1 Mile. Prices increase after October 31, 2025. Registration for the Free 1 Mile closes November 28, 2025 at 11:59pm EST. Shirts are included and are guaranteed for entries made by November 10, 2025. Age groups for the 5K, 10K and 15K are: 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. First place in each age group and first overall receive awards.
