Luau 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon at Piedmont Park
The event takes place on May 2, 2026, at Piedmont Park, 5960 Old Piedmont Gadsden Hwy, Piedmont, AL 36272. The event program includes the following distances:

Course and event details
The 5K and 10K use the same course segment of 0.78 miles. That segment forms an out-and-back of 1.56 miles; the 5K repeats the out-and-back two times and the 10K repeats it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09 mile segment that forms an out-and-back of 2.18 miles; the Half Marathon repeats that out-and-back six times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event includes finisher medals and has a shirt and gear shop. There is a best costume feature, series points, and awards.
