Event overview
The 3rd Annual Veterans Combat Stigma takes place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Northampton Community College, Bethlehem Campus (3835 Green Pond Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18020). The event includes the following distances:
- 5k Run/Walk
- 5k - VETERAN
- 5k - Student
Listed entry fees include $30 for the general 5k and $25 for the veteran and student categories. Registration for the veteran category closes April 17, 2026 and reopens April 18, 2026. Registration for the student category closes November 19, 2025 and reopens November 20, 2025. The first 100 registered participants are guaranteed a free event T-shirt. A portion of donations will be allocated to the Band of Brothers, a student veteran organization at Northampton Community College; an additional donations recipient is pending. The event supports Veterans, Service Members, and their families.
Course and logistics
The course starts and finishes at the Northampton Community College Bethlehem Campus and follows a point-to-point route through local neighborhoods on paved roads. The route is described as mostly flat. Strollers and leashed pets are permitted but should start behind runners. Walkers may participate in a non-timed walk that begins after the runners. Check-in is located at the Veterans Plaza. The event is planned to proceed rain or shine. Route and campus maps are provided. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
