Wild Turkey Trail Runs

The Wild Turkey Trail Runs, hosted by the West Virginia Mountain Trail Runners, take place at Valley Falls State Park near Fairmont, WV. This free event offers a variety of distances including 50 miles, 50K, 25K, 10 miles, 5 miles, and shorter options, all run on a challenging 10-mile figure-8 loop with about 1500 feet of elevation gain per loop. A single aid station is centrally located under a large park shelter near the parking area, allowing runners to use their cars as personal aid stations.
