Wise Villa Haunted Wine Run 5k

Event details

The event is a chip-timed 5k run/walk held at Wise Villa Winery in Lincoln, California (4200 Wise Road). The course starts and finishes at the winery and uses two loops that circle the property, with views of the grounds and surrounding area. Participants may walk or run; the course is described as suitable for both runners and walkers. If a participant chooses to stop after one loop they can proceed directly to their wine pour if they notify event staff.

Registration, course rules and awards

Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, and a race bib; results are posted online. Minors may participate with a discounted registration but will not receive a wine glass or a pour of wine. Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers may participate free and do not need to register. Dogs are not allowed on site due to USDA rules. The event supports The Salt Mine, a local charity serving families in Lincoln and Sheridan. Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each 10-year age category and must be claimed on the day of the event at the registration table; awards will not be shipped.
