Event information
The Rodeo Stampede - Waco is scheduled for Saturday, February 14, 2026, in the TBD Waco Area, Waco, TX 76711. The event is presented by Bigfoot Running Company and is set at parks and greenbelts. Course surfaces may include pavement, crushed granite, and dirt. Packet pickup is offered starting 1.5 hours before the event start. Multiple event options are available.
- Kids Dash — about 50 m, for children 10 and under
- 1 Mile — not chip timed; tee shirt and race medal
- 5K (3.11 mi) — chip timed; trophies and age group awards
- Quarter Marathon (6.55 mi) — chip timed; trophies and age group awards
- Half Marathon (13.1 mi) — chip timed; trophies and age group awards
- Volunteer then Run 5K (3.11 mi) — limited to first 10 sign ups

Features, awards and volunteering
All finishers will receive a medal and a shirt. The race materials describe a belt-buckle style finisher medal and a custom Rodeo Stampede shirt. The 5K, quarter marathon, and half marathon include 1st overall trophies for male and female finishers, masters recognition pins, and standard age group award pins across multiple age bands.
The event includes a Cowboy Costume Contest with one crowd-chosen winner, a DJ at the rally tent, a Bigfoot mascot for photos, aid stations on course, and snacks and refreshments at the finish area. Several volunteer roles are listed, including water station, course monitor, finish line helper, packet pickup, sweeper, lead bike, and mascot.
