Blue Ridge Relay

Blue Ridge Relay is a 208-mile team relay from Grayson Highlands State Park, VA to Asheville, NC (Highland Brewing Company’s The Meadow). It typically features about 200 teams, with 4-12 runners per team, and takes roughly 20–36 hours to complete. The course traverses the Blue Ridge Mountains, offering quiet hollows and expansive mountain views as runners pass through exchange zones hosted by local communities.

This event emphasizes team camaraderie, challenging terrain, and a memorable weekend adventure in a breathtaking mountain setting. A perennial favorite and must-do for Southern runners.
