Breast Cancer Awareness Run

The 3rd Annual 5K Breast Cancer Awareness Run & Health Walk takes place at Ridge Ferry Park in Rome, Georgia. The event offers a certified 3.1-mile USATF course, which can serve as a Peachtree Road Race qualifier, and a 1.7-mile health walk along gravel and paved trails in the same park. The run is flat and fast with one hill, while the walk is not timed and allows dogs on leashes.

Participants enjoy a pink-themed atmosphere, including a pre-race costume contest, survivor recognition, and post-race refreshments, music, and awards.
