Race features and beneficiary

The race is a certified 5K with professional timing; results will be posted immediately after the race. The event is fully accessible and pet-friendly; all pets must remain leashed. Giveaways include a finisher medal and a drawstring bag while supplies last. To guarantee a race shirt, registration by January 1, 2026 is required; shirts are available while supplies last and come in white or red. Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals will be awarded to the overall male and female finishers in these 14 groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, and 70 & over. The event is rain or shine and registration fees are non-refundable. The beneficiary is Community Options, Inc., a national nonprofit that provides housing and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
