Folsom Lake Sweetwater Trail Run
The Folsom Lake Sweetwater Trail Run, held at Folsom Lake State Recreation Area in El Dorado Hills, CA, offers a variety of distances including Kids Run, 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 9 Mile, Half Marathon, 30K, Trail Marathon, and 50K. The course is predominantly single-track (95%) with some dirt road sections, following the scenic Sweetwater Trail alongside Folsom Lake.
