About the race
Vermont PANDAS & PANS Awareness 5K Run/Walk is a 5K family-friendly event held in Burlington, Vermont, at the Burlington Surf Club (50 Lakeside Ave, 05401). The 5K offers a run or walk along the Burlington waterfront, welcoming participants of all paces. The day features a DJ, snacks, commemorative T-shirts, medals, and prizes, plus educational resources and access to local experts.
Proceeds support PANS/PANDAS awareness and research, with net funds donated to the NIPD clinic at Dartmouth, via The Alex Manfull Fund. This is the second Vermont edition, hosted in partnership with TAMF, inviting the community to learn and contribute. The Vermont edition takes place on October 11, 2025.
