About the race
Goblin Gallop for Recovery 5K at WPCC is an evening Halloween-themed fundraiser in Morganton, North Carolina. The scenic, paved 5K course winds through the campuses of Western Piedmont Community College, the NC School of Science and Mathematics, and the NC School for the Deaf, with the South Mountains as a backdrop. The event is chip-timed and suitable for both competitive runners and casual participants.
Features include glow sticks, costume prizes, and post-race refreshments such as hot dogs and apple cider.
