Gold Rush 5K

Gold Rush 5K in Dahlonega, Georgia, centers at the University of North Georgia Memorial Hall. The event offers a 5K Run/Walk, a Student 5K, and a Virtual 5K. This USATF Certified course (GA12001WC) starts and finishes in front of Memorial Hall and winds through Dahlonega’s Town Square during the annual Gold Rush Festival in the North Georgia Mountains.

Runners enjoy a scenic fall setting with awards for overall and age-group finishers. Pre-registered participants receive a race shirt; refreshments and snacks are provided. Proceeds benefit nonprofit organizations and the Lumpkin County community.
