Lake James 7 Miler & 5k

The Lake James 7 Miler & 5k races are part of the Lake James Races held at Fonta Flora's Whippoorwill Farm in Nebo, North Carolina. These trail runs take place in the scenic Lake James State Park, featuring light rolling hills and beautiful views suitable for both beginners and experienced runners. The 7 Miler course includes single track trails with some road crossings and 425 feet of elevation gain, supported by three aid stations.
