Lindale Turkey Trot

The Lindale Turkey Trot is an annual Thanksgiving Day event held at E.J. Moss Intermediate School in Lindale, Texas. The 6th edition features a 5K race and a Kids Race for children aged 10 and under.

The course starts and finishes on Eagle Spirit Drive, offering ample space for spectators to cheer participants. Runners receive a soft blend t-shirt, finisher medal, and chip timing, while top finishers earn medals by age division. The Kids Race takes place on a challenging parking lot course and includes a t-shirt and medal.

Strollers, wagons, and leashed pets are welcome on the 5K route. Proceeds support the Lindale ISD Education Foundation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
