Lindale Turkey Trot
The Lindale Turkey Trot is an annual Thanksgiving Day running event held at E.J. Moss Intermediate School in Lindale, Texas. The 6th edition in 2025 features a 5K race and a Kids Race for children aged 10 and under.
The course starts and finishes on Eagle Spirit Drive, offering ample space for spectators to cheer participants. Runners receive a soft blend t-shirt, finisher medal, and chip timing, with medals awarded to top finishers in each age group. The Kids Race takes place in a large parking lot, providing a fun and challenging experience for young runners.
Strollers, wagons, and leashed pets are welcome on the 5K course. Proceeds benefit the Lindale ISD Education Foundation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
