Made in the Shade

Made in the Shade is an annual 5K Run and 5K Walk event held in Flowood, Mississippi. The race features a simple out-and-back course along a paved multipurpose trail, offering scenic views despite having somewhat less shade than previous years. Organized by the Rotary of Flowood, the event supports local service projects, including educational and food assistance programs, with a guaranteed donation to the YMCA of Flowood.
