Moonlight Beach Half Marathon

Moonlight Beach Half Marathon & 10k, presented by Excelerace, is held at Moonlight State Beach in Encinitas, California (west of I-5 on Encinitas Boulevard). The event offers a Half Marathon and a 10k along a scenic Encinitas course by the Pacific Ocean, set in a festive St. Patrick’s Day, green-themed atmosphere known as the Shamrock Run.

Special features include prize money for top finishers, a Best Costume Prize, and age-bracket awards for top finishers. Proceeds benefit VANC, a nonprofit supporting veterans and their families.
