The 5K course starts and finishes at Bedford Baptist Church and follows the Bedford Loop, passing Longwood Ave., Hampton Ridge, Locust St., Elm St., the Old Bedford Middle School parking lot, Peaks St., Witfield Dr., and Oakwood St. The event uses chip timing and awards include top overall and age-group places, age-group medals, and team competition prizes. Assisted participants using appropriate strollers are allowed and are ranked separately. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
