Race for the Cause 5k

The TCRR's Race for the Cause 5k is held at White Bank Park in Colonial Heights, Virginia. This event features a fast, mostly flat 5K course suitable for runners and walkers. In addition to the main 5K run and walk, there are children’s fun runs including a 1/4 mile and 1 mile run for kids aged 14 and under, both available in-person and virtually.

The race encourages team participation with mixed-gender teams of 3-5 members competing for awards. Registrants by early August are guaranteed short-sleeved t-shirts. Proceeds from the event benefit the Massey Cancer Center, supporting a charitable cause. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
