Event details
The Sproul 10K is a trail running event on routes through Sproul State Forest near Hyner and North Bend, Pennsylvania. The main course includes about 3 miles uphill to the top of McCloskey Mountain, followed by roughly 3.5 miles of downhill trail. The course features single-track sections, stream crossings, and scenic overlooks. Distances offered:

Entry and race rules
Registration is limited to the first 400 runners and closes on June 1 at 11 pm. There are no race-day sign-ups. The event enforces a strict no-refund and no-deferral policy, and transfers or unauthorized participants are not allowed. Dogs are not permitted on the course. All registered participants receive a technical race shirt and a post-race meal. The event is part of the Rocksylvania Trail Series, with the 10K in the Slate Division and the 5K in the Sandstone Division. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
