Sproul 10K

The Sproul 10K, known as one of the toughest 10K races in Pennsylvania, takes place in the scenic Sproul State Forest. This challenging course features a 3-mile uphill trek to the summit of McCloskey Mountain, followed by a steep 3.7-mile descent to the finish line. Participants can expect breathtaking vistas, stream crossings, and technical single-track trails.

The event is limited to the first 400 registered runners, with no race-day sign-ups or deferrals allowed. Each registered runner receives a tech shirt and a post-race meal, making it a memorable experience for all involved. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
