The Sproul 10K is an annual trail running event held in Hyner, Pennsylvania, within the scenic Sproul State Forest. Known as one of the toughest 10K races in Pennsylvania, the course features a challenging 3-mile uphill climb to the summit of McCloskey Mountain, followed by a fast 3.7-mile descent. Runners experience technical single-track trails, stream crossings, and beautiful mountain vistas throughout the race.

The event is hosted at the Western Clinton Sportsman's Association Clubhouse and is part of the Rocksylvania Trail Series.
