Event overview
The St. Nicholas Holiday Hustle is scheduled for December 6, 2025 at Woodway Christian School, 101 Ritchie Rd, Waco, TX 76712. The event is presented by Woodway Christian School and 84 Runners and takes place at First Woodway, MAC on the school campus. The program includes check-in and packet pickup, Ninja Karate warm-up sessions, a 5K, a 10K, a 1-mile fun run, awards, a raffle, and on-site sales of festive headbands and socks. The fun run/walk is stroller-friendly and refreshments and medals will be provided after the event.

- 1 Mile Fun Run (family) - includes 2 participants, 2 t-shirts, 1 goody bag, not timed
- 5K - chip timed and not timed options
- 10K - chip timed and not timed options
Entry fees and inclusions: guaranteed shirt orders must be submitted by November 20. Entry prices increase and add $10 on December 5. Specific fees listed include $35 for the family 1-mile, $30 for 5K chip timed, $25 for 5K not timed, $40 for 10K chip timed, and $35 for 10K not timed. Additional event T-shirts will be available for purchase. Awards include overall male and female, medals for 1st-3rd in each age division for timed 5K and 10K, finisher medals for all, and extra medals for festive outfit categories. Net proceeds benefit Woodway Christian School for student field trips, classroom furniture, collaborative learning spaces, and signage.
