The Take Heart 10K & 5K is an all-female running event held on February 21, 2026, in Tyler, Texas. The event takes place at Spinout at Swann Plaza, 7266 Old Jacksonville Hwy, Tyler, TX 75703. The event offers the following race distances:

Race services and participant items include a custom women's shirt, custom finisher medal, race bib with chip timing, and free unlimited photo downloads. On-course support is provided and gear check (12" x 18") is available. The event lists over 100 feet of sponsor and vendor booths and upgraded post-race food and drink options.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in both the 5K and 10K. Additional awards will be given to the top three finishers in each of these age groups: 18 and under; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60+. The event uses the RaceJoy app for live GPS tracking, progress alerts, and audio cheers; participants must carry their phone and enable tracking to use these features.
