The Pat Campbell Fighting Cancer 5K

The Pat Campbell Fighting Cancer 5K is an annual event held in Toronto, Ohio, during St. Patrick's Day weekend. This USATF-certified race features a flat, fast course along the scenic Ohio River, offering both a 5K run and walk.

The event is professionally timed, with special medals awarded to the top three overall finishers and age group winners. Celebrating its 16th anniversary, the race includes a live National Anthem, color guard, Irish Blessings raffle, food, music, and prayer, creating a faith-filled and festive atmosphere. Proceeds support cancer patients and families in the Ohio Valley.
