Tuscazoar Endurance Race
The Tuscazoar Endurance Race, held annually at Camp Tuscazoar in Dover, Ohio, features challenging trail runs through the scenic hills of Tuscarawas County. The course is a 25-mile loop, 95% on trails, with most of the race on camp property and a 5.5-mile section on private land. Distances offered include 100, 75, 50, and 25 miles, with options for both daytime and night starts for 25 and 50-mile races.
The race is cupless, encouraging runners to carry their own hydration. Aid stations are well-stocked, and pacers are allowed for the longer distances. Finishers receive unique awards made from local maple syrup.
Camping and accommodations are available at the historic Boy Scout camp. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
