Tyler Run for Autism - 2026
The 15th annual Tyler Run for Autism takes place on April 11, 2026 in Tyler, Texas. The event is based at Pollard UMC, 3030 New Copeland Road, Tyler, TX 75701. It was founded in 2012 and is described as the first charity run for autism in East Texas. The event includes the following distances:
- 1 Mile Family Fun Run
- 5K
- 10K
Purpose, course and race features
The race is organized to raise funds for children with autism and is fully sponsored so that 100% of proceeds go to children enrolled at the Treatment and Learning Center for Children with Autism. The course is described as mostly asphalt; Tyler Police, volunteers and directional signage will be present on course. Only paid registrants receive a swag bag and race day t-shirts. Registration benefits and race features include an event shirt, finisher medal, chip timing for the 5K and 10K, a post-race vendor fair, overall and age-group awards for the 5K and 10K, and a largest team award (noted as new this year).
