Walnut Beach Zombie 5K

Located at Walnut Beach Pavilion in Milford, Connecticut, the Walnut Beach Zombie 5K is the fifth annual running event featuring a 5K course through the spooky streets of Walnut Beach and along wooded trails at Silver Sands State Park, with participants chased by zombies. It is a timed 5K that ends at sunset, followed by an after-party at Stonebridge Restaurant. Runners receive free admission to the after-party, live music from the Rumrunners, and complimentary pizza.

Costumes are not required, and participants can run or walk to support a good cause. Be a Zombie Volunteer is also offered. All proceeds support local charities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
