The Western Invasion takes place on March 15, 2026 in Tyler, Texas at Rose Rudman Park (450 Shiloh Rd., Tyler, TX 75703). The event offers multiple race options:
- Kid's Dash (100–200 meters)
- 1 Mile (untimed)
- 5K
- 10K
- Half-Marathon
- Virtual Option
The Half-Marathon course is four laps, the 10K is two laps, and the 5K follows a separate mapped route. Check-in is available on race day.
Entry, awards and services
Entry fees listed on the page include $60 for the Half-Marathon, $38 for the 10K, $30 for the 5K, $15 for the 1 Mile, $40 for the Virtual Option, and $0 for the Kid's Dash. Prices for several events increase after December 31, 2025. Virtual registrants receive shipped shirt and medal the week of the race. Participants who register for the 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, or 1 Mile receive a participation shirt and a custom finisher medal; registrants should register by 03/01 to guarantee shirt size.
Age group awards are given four deep in male and female divisions from 0-4 through 80+. Overall and masters divisions (including male/female masters 40+ and grand masters 60+) receive overall medals. Awards are distributed at the event and will not be shipped. Volunteers receive a code for a free race entry as a thank you. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
