The Duncan Ridge Trail 50K/30K is a challenging trail race held in the North Georgia Mountains, starting and finishing at Vogel State Park’s Lake Trahlyta near Blairsville, GA. Known as one of the toughest 50Ks in the Southeast, the course features over 10,000 feet of elevation gain along the rugged Coosa Backcountry Trail and Duncan Ridge Trail. The 50K is an out-and-back route reaching Fish Gap, while the 30K option turns back earlier at White Oak Stomp.

The race is fully on trails except for a short paved section in the park. Aid stations provide water, sports drinks, and snacks, supporting runners through strict cut-off times. Proceeds benefit park volunteers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
